I co-founded and launched the Westside Music Social Club, a community nonprofit that connects independent musicians, venues, and neighbors through live events. From the first idea to opening night, I led discovery, program design, and operations—mapping community needs, testing formats, and building the partnerships, budgets, and workflows that turned a side project into a sustainable local organization.
